The first performance took place in the presence of the local civic dignitaries as a formal seated performance, thence as an installation where the public could wander in and walk around the space examining the floating surfaces and listening to the music spatialised over an 4 channel sound system. The piece (lasting at each performance for 45 minutes) ran everyday over a period of two weeks for 8 hours a day with great public success.
